Science based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (and related DBT, ACT, REBT) is a primary base for treatment, with mindfulness-based tools part of all support. CBT is preferred per clinical studies for anxiety and depression. The premise of this theory is how our thoughts are patterns, often distorted in a negative way, " I am not enough" or this is the best I can do thinking sabotages the fullness of what our life can be. Challenging perhaps? Yes, but our partnership will lead to amazing freedom of anxiety, lifting of depression, greater confidence and a life that represents you and authentic living (including challenges).
My connection and individualized approach with clients includes flexibility with appointments. ZocDoc is one means of scheduling. I welcome email. A consultation is a great introduction.
